Taylorglaze is so confident in our installations that we will guarantee the security of your home. In the highly unlikely event of a break-in succeeding through failure of our products, we will pay the cost (up to £500) of replacing or repairing the forced window or door, and give you £500 as a good will gesture. There’ll also be a cup of tea and hug on the house if you need it!

10 Year Manufacturer's Guarantee
In addition to your dealer’s standard guarantee we offer a 10 year manufacturer guarantee.
In other words, in the unlikely event that your Taylorglaze cannot honour the original agreement, then the window manufacturer will guarantee its products for the remainder of the term.

Insurance Backed Guarantee
Deposit indemnity insurance is automatically included in your contract at no additional cost.
Taylorglaze offers you a 10 year guarantee on the installation of all windows, doors, porches, conservatories and orangeries which covers you for any remedial works that may be required after the installation of your windows, doors or glass extension is complete.
Separate insurance guarantees are regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) who are the independent watchdog who regulate financial services
